Her book “Alles überall auf einmal”, co-authored with Prof. Dr. Miriam Meckel and published in 2024, became an instant bestseller. She regularly publishes on topics such as automatic facial recognition, synthetic speech, and quantum computing, and developed the concept of “code capital.”

As co-founder and executive chairwoman of ada Learning, she supports organizations on their path to digital transformation. The company trains executives to promote innovation from within. Prior to that, she was chief innovation officer at WirtschaftsWoche and worked in the field of social justice in Africa and Southeast Europe.

Léa Steinacker is a member of the board of directors of the natural cosmetics brand Weleda, the AI advisory board of Ringier AG, and a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen.
