Lukas Haitzmann - Biography

Lukas Haitzmann is a Guinness World Record holder as the youngest person ever to cross an ocean alone and without assistance.

At the age of just 18, he rowed 4,800 kilometers across the Atlantic—all alone, accompanied only by the wind, waves, and his unwavering will. For 59 days, he lived on a seven-meter-long rowboat, surrounded by waves up to 12 meters high and further away from other people than the astronauts on the ISS. His lecture is not only about breaking records, but about challenging the impossible and surpassing oneself.
