Victoria Neuhofer is an entrepreneur with passion, a visionary with a clear voice, and one of the most influential representatives of female entrepreneurship in the DACH region.
As part of the eleventh generation of an entrepreneurial family, she is consciously breaking new ground: away from traditions and toward bold new beginnings. Her goal is to rethink business and society—not with a raised finger, but with passion and enthusiasm. Entrepreneurship may have been in her blood from birth, but she shapes it in her own way: with fresh ideas, creative approaches, and a large dose of risk-taking.

With VEATZZ, the “magic flour,” she and her co-founders are bringing grandma’s kitchen into the here and now: organic, vegan, allergen-free – and all with just water. Simple, healthy nutrition for everyone – without compromise.
With these two start-ups, Victoria has created more than just companies – she has started movements. Movements that show that business can not only function, but also take responsibility. Her projects are circular economy in action: radically transparent, well thought-out and with the clear goal of changing systems from the inside out.
